AI Leadership for US School and District Leaders
Project Momentum is the 10-week AI leadership cohort for US K-12 principals, superintendents, assistant superintendents, chief academic officers, and innovation directors. Districts are being asked to set AI policy and allocate budget faster than research can keep up. Momentum gives you the frameworks, peer pressure-test, and decision-making discipline to lead well anyway.
Calibrated for the US context
Frameworks reference state-level AI guidance, FERPA and student data considerations, district board governance norms, union partnership realities, and AP/IB assessment positions. Public, charter, and independent schools are all represented in cohorts.
Time-zone friendly
Sessions run in late afternoons US Eastern (with options for Central / Mountain / Pacific cohorts as demand allows). All sessions recorded. Fortnightly 30-minute drop-ins. Most US leaders complete the programme alongside an active school year.
