AI Leadership for UK School Leaders

Project Momentum is the 10-week AI leadership cohort built for UK senior school leaders — headteachers, MAT CEOs, executive heads, deputy heads with strategic remit, and directors of digital. The programme is led from the UK by Dan Fitzpatrick (Forbes Senior Contributor, author of The AI Classroom) and is calibrated for the UK regulatory and inspectorate context.

Calibrated for the UK context

Frameworks reference DfE guidance, Ofsted's evolving position, JCQ assessment expectations, and ISI requirements where relevant. Independent schools, MATs, single-academy trusts, and LA-maintained schools are all present in cohorts. The peer challenge is honest because the peers are at your altitude.

Who is in the room

Recent cohorts have included headteachers from leading UK independent schools, MAT CEOs running 5–25 schools, executive heads of secondary federations, and senior leaders from prep, primary, and special schools. Cohort composition is curated — every applicant is reviewed.

UK-friendly format

Sessions run in UK afternoons (4–5pm GMT/BST) to fit the school day. All sessions recorded. Fortnightly 30-minute drop-ins. Most leaders commit 2–3 hours per week including independent work. The whole 10-week arc maps onto a UK school term.
