AI Leadership for School Leaders in the Middle East
Project Momentum is the 10-week AI leadership cohort for senior school leaders across the Middle East — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman — including British, American, IB, and bilingual schools. The Middle East school landscape is moving on AI faster than most regulatory bodies. Momentum gives you the frameworks to lead defensibly anyway.
Calibrated for the regional context
Frameworks reference KHDA, ADEK, MoE-UAE, and equivalent inspectorate frameworks across the GCC where relevant, alongside the British and American school standards your school is also accountable to. We'll also engage with the cultural, linguistic, and ethical considerations that are specific to the region.

Recent cohorts have included principals of leading British and American schools across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Riyadh, alongside heads of innovation, digital learning leads, and MAT-equivalent group leaders. Peer challenge is calibrated to the actual decisions you're making.
