AI Strategy for Innovation and Digital Directors
Project Momentum is the 10-week AI leadership cohort for innovation directors, directors of digital learning, chief technology officers, and heads of teaching and learning whose remit now includes AI strategy. You're being asked to lead the work without much margin for error.
What you'll build
A school or system-wide AI strategy with clear adoption priorities. A staff AI literacy programme with measurable progression. A governance and procurement framework. A pedagogy position on assessment, plagiarism, and AI-assisted learning. A peer network of fellow innovation directors to call on long after the cohort ends.
Built around real practice
Every week pairs strategic input with hands-on prototyping. You'll build working prototypes of strategy components in real time, using AI itself, so you leave with concrete artefacts your colleagues can react to — not abstract frameworks.
Why this is different
Momentum is led by named experts (Dan Fitzpatrick, Sabba Quidwai) with no product to sell, alongside a peer cohort of senior leaders from comparable contexts globally. The frameworks come from the work, not from a vendor.
