Project Momentum is the 10-week AI leadership cohort for heads, deputy heads, and senior leaders of independent schools — UK independent (HMC, GSA, IAPS, ISA), US independent (NAIS, ISACS, etc.), and international IB / British / American independent schools globally. Independent schools are uniquely exposed: parents expect leadership, governors expect strategy, and inspectorates expect rigour — all on AI.

Frameworks engage directly with the realities of fee-paying parents asking pointed questions, governing bodies wanting clear positions, and inspectorates (ISI, ISA, NAIS standards) expecting rigour. We treat independent school leadership as the senior strategic role it is.

Recent cohorts have included heads of HMC schools, NAIS heads, IB World School heads, junior and prep school heads, and deputy heads with strategic remit. The peer challenge is calibrated and the work is at the level your governing body expects of you.

Faculty and format

Led by Dan Fitzpatrick (Forbes, The AI Classroom) and Sabba Quidwai (education innovation leader). 10 weekly 60-minute live online sessions with fortnightly drop-ins. Group bookings for school groups, federations, and associations welcome.
